Sifu Nima King – Wing Chun Kicking – Hong Kong September 2019

While in Hong Kong in September 2019 we were able to spend a little time with Sifu Nima King from Mindful Wing Chun. Here is a small section of video where Nima talks about kicking and a few exercises that can help us train a better kick.
