We had a great night last night training with Sisuk Peter Wong and meeting the crew from UniSA Wing Chun Kung Fu Club.
Sisuk helped us find our centre of gravity, using it to move as in the Chum Kiu form. Also Chum Kiu turning and a close look at the movements in Chi Sau.

A huge congratulations goes to our new grade 3’s who all passed last night’s grade 3 grading with flying colours. Very well done everyone, you all performed exceptionally well!
Back in 2015 it was our fist visit to Hong Kong and Foshan for a bunch of us. Luckily Senior Instructor Geoff had been to visit many times previously and could show us around.
An exciting and invaluable experience for us all.
